Angie Ou

Attorney Ou graduated from the Department of Law at National Taiwan University and obtained a Master of Laws degree from the same institution. In addition to possessing a high level of competence in general civil and criminal litigation, Attorney Ou also specializes in non-litigation procedures. She has previously assisted well-known domestic enterprises in establishing overseas branches and served as a legal advisor to multiple corporate clients, providing consultation services on corporate governance, legal compliance, labor laws, and tax laws. Attorney Ou is proficient in languages, fluent in both English and Japanese, and frequently provides translation, simultaneous interpretation, legal consultation, and opinion drafting services in English and Japanese for foreign clients, earning high praise. During her self-study period in the United States, Attorney Ou also obtained certification as a yoga instructor from the Yoga Alliance, and taught yoga classes in Chinese, English, and Japanese, demonstrating her versatility and cultural adaptability.
